The purchase of real estate in Turkey is relatively easy and uncomplicated. The Turkish constitution allows generally - except for restricted areas - to purchase land.

To purchase property in Turkey, it is necessary to obtain an authorization of purchase at the Aegean military administration in Izmir. That procedure usually takes about 3 to 6 months.

Needed papers:

-  Passport photographs

-  Passport

-  First name of father

There are special rules for Denmark, Ukraine, and Russia.

1-  have a valid residence permit

2-  have to get a permit from General Tapuamt in Ankara

(Here applies that the buyer is not allowed to purchase/own more than two properties)

These formalities are also taken care of by us.

Contrary to other countries the presence of an attorney or notary is not necessary; merely a sworn translator is called in, to leave no questions unanswered.

It is only possible to change the owner of a property in the Tapu office.
